Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing 1 LIGHT monster from your Graveyard. SS this. Level Eater it. SS another one. Level Eater that. Use them to make Blackship. Unless you have a future plan to do something with those Banished LIGHTs, they're not going to be doing much of anything to benefit you. But sure, an instant Rank 5 with LIGHTs is pretty cool.
