When this card is Summoned: You can return 1 Field Spell Card from your Graveyard to your Deck. Once per turn: You can activate this effect; if possible, destroy 1 Field Spell Card on the field and 1 other card on the field, and if you do, each player can draw 1 card for each of the cards they controlled that was destroyed by this effect. This card cannot declare an attack during the turn you use this effect.[hr]Flavour Music - Mordor
Harken, the Lord of the dying lands roars! The Dragon of Arid Lands takes delight in destroying the homes, the lands that serve as homes to many of the creatures of the Duel Monster Spirit World. Eager to render their homes as nothing more than ash and dust, the flames this creature breathes can burn through any metal, can sculpt any mountain to his image. Not only this, but the creature's followers are eager to follow his lead, wherever that may take them.

I'm not quite sure with this one, to be frank. It just happened XD

It's interesting. I can't honestly say where it would really fit in all that much, but some weird Level 6 build might get use of it. Level 6 and FIRE means Hazy Flames might be able to use it as a way to get some of their guys back, but the Field Spell seems kind of weird, while nice to trigger certain effects like Karakuri Showdown Castle, Geartown, Spellbook Tower and others, those wouldn't really need to use this, and how they would I got no idea. Level 6 Dragon-Type is nice for Hieretics as well, but this doesn't really have a place there at all, even though the Level change might be handy, it probably won't really work all that well. Maybe if you had some sort of Archetype build around destroying/banishing Field Spells, that would be fun, though as a standalone, I can't see where it would fit in too well.

My OCG fix: Hover your cursor over the dotted lines to read my reasons for the fixes. I do not repeat if you have made the flaw more than once, instead will it be bold (if any). Anything in italic is simple typos (if any). Also, if you have the time, check out my [url=http://tinyurl.com/ocgthread]OCG Thread.[/url]

You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by destroying 1 face-up Field Spell Card on the field. You can Special Summon this card (from your Graveyard) by banishing 1 Field Spell Card from your Graveyard. During either player's turn, except the Battle Phase: You can Tribute this card and target 1 monster [acronym='You forgot this, and I assume this is what you mean']in your Grvaeyard [/acronym][acronym='No card uses the way you wrote it, this is more correct']whose ATK is less than or equal to this card's[/acronym]; Special Summon it, and if you do, [acronym='You'll have to explain this to me, what do you mean by treating its Level as 6? Normally, the monster simply changes its Level, and you only treat its Level as a certain Level for other things (See Star Drawing). Do you mean that its ALSO treated as 6 and the normal Level? I see no card which does this, so please clarify.']its Level becomes 6.[/acronym]

Like Zazu, I find the card interesting, but I have lost touch with much of the metagame, and thus have an even tougher time finding a place for it than Zazu. The first thing I thought was Geartown, and it could be an interesting tech in Ancient Gears maybe, but like Zazu said it really isn't too great as a standalone card. That being said, it isn't bad either, just...overly unique. However, what you have hit on the head is flavor and originality. Which are my biggest things as a card maker, so you have made me happy. I also noticed that you didn't include 'Graveyard' as to where you special summon from, but that can be assumed. Not a bad card, just needs a home.
