Toffee.
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru" from your hand. During each of your End Phases, destroy this card unless you send 1 "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru" or 1 "Koa'ki Meiru" monster from your hand to the Graveyard. Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can select and destroy 1 card your opponent controls.Wiki says this card is both the manifestation of the Core itself, and bares a resemblence to Xenomorphs.
If you take into consideration that Koa'ki Meiru Prototype is, to an extent, just a rogue Core that took it upon itself to live independently, you realize that said Cores are actual life forms all by themselves and they live inside each Koa'ki monster respectively, and not just a means of artificial life support, as illustrated by various Koa'ki artworks. So with that in mind, it's quite possible that Max' is the manifestation of a fully developed Core that managed to fulfill it's programming(the Cores are mostly mechanical, btw) and make the host it's own; The fact it's a Dragon is because Max still embodies the characteristics of it's host. So likely, from all this, Koa'ki Drago is what eventually becomes Max, due to the fact both of them share a lot of physical similarities, as well as Type and Attribute. The fact Max is all metalic comes from the fact that the Core itself is artificial, so it's likely that in the process of embodying the host, it also manifests it's own self based on that. So at the end, Drago dies, and Max lives on in place of it.
Oh, and it's searchable by Tempest, since, you know, Tempest searches for all the fun Dragons.Plus, he can freely destroy cards and has a 3000 ATK body.Discuss. newhat
You take a -1 to Summon it and greatly decrease the chances of Summoning further copies. In exchange, you Special Summon a 3000 beater and make a favorable 1-for-1 happen every turn. I don't think it was ever worth it.

玄魔の王
At least it's Semi-Nomi, so you can freely revive it. Sadly, it also messes up your engine, so it really works against you. Also, how did Kozaky and Magical Scientist get Dark Gundam Cells?
-Berserker-
It's a nice tribute for THE TYRANT NEPTUNE. It's big, special summons itself, and has a nice effect. Plus Neptune doesn't copy maintenance costs.
