ANY OTHER CARDS is a section devoted to new concepts, cards like Dark Synchros and Dark Tuners that were anime only, Divine cards, and Pop Culture cards, with pictures or written only. That said, absolutely awful card design, joke cards, and so on will still not be tolerated in any way. New concepts and gamebreaking design are not synonymous much less general bad design. This isn't your "get the silly out" section, it's a section for trying new things. Member cards should be kept to sigs, statuses, PMs, and whatever else, but they do not go here. Same for Joke Cards.

I'd be more forgiving of this if you used a better picture and actually labeled this as an effect monster, but without those, I am counting this as what you are calling it, and that is a joke card.
