BatMed
This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by banishing 3 “Kuriboh” Monsters from your graveyard. If you banish “Rainbow Kuriboh” to special summon this card; this monster cannot be destroyed by monsters effect. This card gain 900 for each “Kuriboh” monster you used to special summons this monster. During either [layers Battle-Phase, if this card would be destroyed result Battle: Special Summon from your graveyard or your extra Deck 1 “Rainbow Kuriboh” with 2400 ATK and 0 DEF and attach this card to it instead, this card is treated then as 4 “Kuribohs” xyz materials (This summon is treated as an xyz summon), and then, skip that Battle-Phase. Raibow Kuriboh (For people who didn't see it yet) >> Rainbow Kuriboh
Toffee.
Your card's text contradicts Rainbow Kuriboh.See, while your listing that Dark is treated as 5 Materials(I don't know why it does in the first place), your still Xyz Summoning it with just 1 monster, so said Summoned monster only gains 600. Plus, the -500 Life Points from both player's Standbys makes this card sorta' weird, in the sense that the Opponent could just stall you and it would end up killing it's controller.Yes, it becomes 3000 and immune to effect-destruction from monster effects if you go the extra mile to Summon it through Rainbow, but the rest of it is just on the weird side.No offense, it just seems pretty wonky. I fix "Rainbow Kuriboh" Problem , and the 500 LP (Only during the controller Standby-Phase -I fix it too-) is just a cost for an easy summoning of a Strong monster. It can be covered with cards like "Solemn Wishes"

Hence why it's unnecessary.
