It does work decently, but it dead-draws the same way LADD can, and being unable to SS from the Graveyard can be annoying. Photon Sanctuary and Precious Cards adores the card (Precious Cards helps to actually draw cards for the effect), and it can quickly revive something to make a Rank 8. It was crucial in a few of my Neo Galaxy Summons, but I ultimately stopped using it in favor of Galaxy Knight and similar. I plan to work on a build that tries it out again. I mean, a Red-Eyes with 3k DEF that turns any card from your hand into Monster Reborn each turn was hard to miss. Plus love life [s]YCMaker[/s] the Creator. It's main drawback comes from being unrevivable. I remember waiting for something like Ghost Ship to appear 6 years earlier so that I could banish the creator and then have a Tribute for DDM that could bring back the creator. Oh don't we love obsolete combos like that? I still think it's a decent solid card, it just is a standalone card that needs some team-members for nowadays.
