Kyng's Old Account
Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; equip this card to that target. Switch that monster to Defence Position. That monster's effects are negated, and it cannot switch battle positions. Decrease the monster's DEF by 200 each Phase.[hr]Flavour Music - Cries in the WindHave you ever felt that presence? It is that heavy breath on your shoulder, just constantly touching your arm, feeling your skin crawl with goosebumps, only to vanish when you dare look for it. Some things are just a terrible omen. I really didn't think on this one, being under the weather forged this.
Spellcaster2000
I'm honestly no expert on this game anymore, but that's 600 attack per turn. So that sounds pretty tough I suppose. It would probably wreck many opponents within a couple of turns, but a few lucky people cold get rid of the thing within a turn or so.

Anyway, good card, liked the idea about the Phases, I never saw something like that in the TCG/OCG.
PrimeAceJohn
Outclassed by Dark World Shackles but still a pretty good card with an interesting effect. I would recommend you add another good effect with one drawback just so this card wouldn't be outclassed by Shackles. But besides that, there's not really much to say about this card. Therrion
Balance/Playability It isn't all that playable. The ATK decrease is too little and somewhat slow (though very interesting). In that regard, it isn't balanced, but under powered. Flavour/Originality Well, it is certainly a very original piece of work. The art is a perfect fit for the picture, which all are tied together by a fitting effect. A very flavourful, original card you made. Suggestions/Additional Comments Well, here comes the beefy part of the review. First things first, perhaps force it to not be able change battle positions. You could also go to make it force Defense Position and decrease DEF as opposed to ATK in addition to the first suggestion. You could probably afford to make it 200 each phase, as ATK decrease is such a flimsy, weak card to begin with. Alternatively, you could make it a Spell Card and make the target card prohibited from being material/Tribute fodder (or make it have a cost on the opponent's Main Phase to use, if this effect is taken). I feel like this card needs more omph, and the above would do better then what this card does while not destroying flavour (the first suggestions making more sense then the later). Kyng's Old Account
Card has been updated, with the flavourful oomph Therrion provided.
Therrion
Now it is definitely more lethal, as you included an effect stopping effect. I'm not sure if it would replace Breakthrough, but it definitely gives it a run for its money. It is similar to Fiendish Chain in a way, stopping effects and hindering it in some other regard. This changes it to Defense Position, a pseudo "can't attack ever" effect (what Fiendish does, but the monster stays in Attack Position, most likely its strong point). This also goes to lower the DEF stat by 1200 a turn, which is perfectly fine as stat changers need to be drastic to be ran (since they provide no card advantage themselves). I would be really interested in seeing what this card would do if released, even though I don't All I know for sure is this is better then Chain, and thus might give Breakthrough an even better run for its money. PrimeAceJohn
Much, much better and very playable. I guess like Therri, I think the first thing that popped in our minds was Fiendish Chain. I run Chain all the time becomes it comes in SO handy. It stops Dracossack, Eye, and many more of the strong cards out there with crazy effects. But most of the time, that monster just never gets destroyed because most of the time, its stats are high. What I like about this card, now, it that it makes the card easier to kill when in defense position and negates its effect. The card is very flavor-able about how it basically beats the DEF lower and lower until any monster you control can get rid of it. I love the new edit.
