Although the guy was horrible, the deck looks pretty funny.

Is it any good? And before you go on a rampage, I do not mean competitively.

From what I remember, it used to be meta, or at least undermeta, back in the days when you could play Trunade to continually return cards and put tons of counters on Royal Magical Library.

Idk about meta, but it used to used with Mind Master to drop your Life Points and Black Pendant for the final punch.

Can't say I'm a fan of cards that do nothing but promote gimmicky OTKs and gambling.

I played a Piper deck that used this as a win condition. My word it was hilarious to play against.

 

It's a weird relic of a card. Really wierd.

That was waaaay after when I'm talking about. This, from what I remember, is one of the reasons that they dropped Wall of Revealing Light to 1.

This can also be used in Gishki SelFTK, but I've never won that way. Problem is that you need 2 Fuhma Shuriken or Pendants.
