Xyz Papilion, a new way to play Number C and CXYZ monsters

You can tribute this card; reveal any number of monster in your hand and special summon 1 rank 4 or higher "Number C" or "CXYZ" xyz monster from your extra deck whose rank x2 is equal or less then the combined levels of those revealed monsters, and attach those monsters to it as xyz materials. That monster gains, can activate, and can resolve its effects regardless of how many life points you have and/or the names of the xyz materials attached to it.

 

Rulings notes:

 

- Revealing is not a cost. (Saying it that way just made the wording simpler.)

 

- For those who don't know this precedent, just as you can't special summon a stardust dragon summoned by starlight road or a fusion monster summoned by cyber stein since it wasn't first synchro/fusion summoned respectively, you cannot special summon an xyz monster summoned by xyz papillion because it wasn't first xyz summoned.

 

I thought that having to have high level monsters in your hand made this card more balanced.
