It's either a Level 3 Tuner-Cyber Dragon OR a Level 4 Tuner-Cyber Dragon.
It's ALMOST like TG Striker all over again, but not as ridiculous nor searchable.

I think my Yusei.dek has two new additions.
Come to think of it, with the return of Synchros, Yusei.dek needs some serious upgrading.

Well, the last clause at least makes it useable in decks which require having only 1 attribute/type/archetype in your Graveyard. That seems interesting. Our chicken here is not that fantastic, but it's certainly useable.

So it is a Tuner? Good, and it makes sense for Cheepcheepcheep.

 

It also makes its effect better because the Level flexibility when Summoned gives more Synchro options.

At the Sneak, my friend actually pulled both this and Cheepcheepcheep and Psyhemuth. It was actually pretty funny to see them actually used. It's easier to put out than you might expect, but then that might just be Sneak format.
