Reveal 1 Monster in your hand with the lowest level and 1 Monster in your hand with the highest level; activate one of the following effects based on the difference of the revealed monsters levels: * 1 +: Increase your life points by 300 times the difference between the revealed monsters levels. * 3 +: Increase the DEF of all monsters on your side of the field by 300 times the difference between the revealed monsters levels. * 5 +: draw 1 card for every 3 levels in the difference between the revealed monsters. * 7 +: Increase the ATK of all monsters you control by 200 times the difference between the revealed monsters levels. * 9 +: You can activate all of the following effects above, you can only activate this effect of "Sanctuary of Hope" Once per duel. You can only activate "Sanctuary of Hope" Once per turn. Thought this would be a interesting card for multiple use's based on massive level difference's where if you manage to pull of a level 1 and a level 10 in your hand (in the range of the 9+ effect) this card can be nuts. It's a really cool concept, and with the right variety in a deck, and luck of the draw, this card would be really fun to play. Even with a 9+ difference, I don't think any of those effects are really that broken for a one-off spell card. I'm not too crazy about the name, but I can't think of anything that works better with the effects, so I digress.
