Only this card's controller can use this card's effects. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed, you can discard 1 monster instead. Once per turn; you can reveal 2 monsters in your hand with different levels, then shuffle the monster with the higher level into the deck, to activate these effects based on the difference in levels between those monsters when they were revealed. *2+: gain 100 life points x that difference in levels. *4+: target 1 card your opponent controls;  destroy it. *5+: Draw 2 cards. *8+:During your opponent's next turn, when they activate a card or effect that targets and/or destroys a card(s) you control; you can negate that activation and if you do, destroy that card. This card must still be face-up and it's effect must still be active to activate and to resolve this effect.

rulings notes:

"This card must still be face-up and it's effect must still be active" means that after you resolve the effect when you have a level difference of 8 or more, any of the following things will prevent you from using the negating effect if they happen before you finish resolving it:

- If the effects Palace of Shimmering Stars are negated (ex: http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Ice_Beast_Zerofyne), and you still can't negate something from the same revealing even if palace of shimmering stars is no longer negated later.

- If Palace of Shimmering Stars leaves the field. This applies even if you activate another copy or replay the same copy.

- If Palace of Shimmering Stars is flipped face-down (I don't know of any card that does this, but just in case there is one) even if you re-activate it.

Somewhat complicated, but has good effect. I like the reference to "shimmering stars", and also keeps balance by putting high level buys back into your deck, leaving you to rummage through the cards. Unless you can get the card back automatically with another effect, I don't see any big way to break this deck. Also, consider making the +4 +5
