You can tribute this card; special summon 1 "LV" monster from your hand or deck whose level is less then or equal to half this card's level on the field ignoring its summoning conditions, but it cannot be flipped face-down. Also shuffle it into the deck during your 3rd Standby Phase after using this effect or when it leaves the field. Shuffling that monster is unaffected by other effects. You can only use the Special Summoning effect of "Crystaline LV Summoner" once per turn.

Not bad. Decent effects, and they don't seem too situational. Good job. Though, the name of the spell bugs me a little. Shouldn't it be "LV Search" instead?
