You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by banishing 1 WIND and 1 Warrior-Type monster from your Graveyard. You can Special Summon this card (from your Graveyard) by sending 1 WIND and 1 Warrior-Type monster from your hand to the Graveyard. During your Battle Phase, If your opponent controls a monster after this card's first attack, this card can make a second attack during this Battle Phase. When this card attacks, it gains 800 ATK during the damage step only. Your opponent cannot activate spell/trap cards while this card is attacking. When this card attacks, after damage calculation: you can special summon 1 level 4 or lower WIND  or Warrior-Type monster from your hand or graveyard in face-up defense position, but its effects are negated.

 

The original idea for this card was a monster that ran and attacked really fast (thus your opponent cannot activate spell/trap cards while its attacking). I added in the summoning effect to make it more useful as an ace monster. As for the visual for its attack if it appeared in the anime, it would be like speed warrior or dash warrior. Its attack name would be "sonic strike".
