Gorz wasn't played that much last format, but with it at 2 and Prophecy and Dragons out of the scene, it will surely become popular again. Not a healtyhy choice at all. It's not a point as to how much of an impact it will make. Will Black Whirlwind make an impact @2? Most likely no due to how good BW are in the current meta. Should it be @2? Definitely not. The Hounds Of Anubis Posted August 13, 2013 Report Share Posted August 13, 2013 I seriously don't get how anyone can argue Gorz @2 is fine.It was ridiculous at 1, and now they're twice as likely to draw it.And what's even worse is that getting through 1 Gorz was already difficult, now you have games where you have to get through 2 and that's almost impossible. AKA, Duality at 3. I know most of what I've said about Gorz has been "Eh, I haven't had a problem with it at one," but I feel like it's because the most consistency I saw somebody run was 2 Duality, which seemed okay to whatever degree okay could mean. But now, it's 2 Gorz/3 Duality, which increases the likelihood of an incredibly unbalanced hand trap being available by a large amount. I'm not saying 3 Duality is a bad change, though. Like right now you probably do want to use traps or else my opp will make too strong of momsters and sort of kill me. Like a lot of the time my opponenet has like 2 to 3 monsters and any good player will attack with weaker monster first so a lot of the time you womt get the token unless you take the lp for it and sometimes it can be well too much lp that you actually want to keep. And then in mp2 there will be decks that can destroy it, decks that dont they will prob have trap outs to it Idk obv it would be better at 2 but i dont think it will change the format Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
