summoning orbs, a new way to play synchro monsters

During your Main Phase, if this card is in your Graveyard because it was sent there from your deck, you can activate it from your graveyard by discarding 1 card. Spells, Traps, and card effects cannot be activated in response to this card's activation. You can only control 1 "Cosmic Summoning Orb". You can only activate 1 "Cosmic Summoning Orb" per turn. You cannot normal summon (but can normal set). Once per turn: you can banish 2 monsters from your hand; special summon 1 synchro monster from your extra deck whose level is less then or equal to the total level of those banished monsters -4. Once per turn, if this card would be destroyed, you can discard 1 card instead.

If you control "Cosmic Summoning Orb": target 1 monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target (if its a synchro monster, ignore the summoning conditions) and equip it with this card. When this card  leaves the field, shuffle that equipped monster into the deck. You can only activate "Rebirth Summoning Orb" once per turn.

If you control "Cosmic Summoning Orb": target 1 or 2 cards on the field; destroy those targets. You can only activate "Summoning Orb Tempest" once per turn.

inventive idea I thought the equal or less effect would be unfair but -4 makes it more reasonable and also cards based on orb are realistic because of orbs costs to actually get out. All in all very good mechanic maybe add a card that adds a cosmic summon orb or just any orb to your hand from deck or grave.
