Opinions on top decks next format

Out of the current banlist we got and the current cards what decks do you think will be good and top events, and which will be better and top more than others? :-):-)

For me im feeling like Dragon Rulers, Spellbooks, Fire Fists, Mermaill and Infernities will be the better decks at the start of the format and i think one of them will top toronto....or else some crazy deck with weird techs.

So yeah i want to hear your opinions.

I feel like I'm forgetting something. ohwell. But yeah, I think Bujin or FF will probably be the deck of the format. We'll just have to wait and see.

Obvious ones assuming the list is real:

 

Fire Fists, Mermails, Bujin, Dragunity, probably Books.

 

Things I'm thinking will do alright:

 

Madol's, and maybe Karakuri. Oh and Infernity.

Mermails or Fire Fist will probably end up topping Toronto.

I think one of the early events will be topped with a fan favorite (Plants, Plasma, HERO, Dragunity, Infernity, ect) and then it will either go to a new archetype or Fire Fist/Mermail for the rest of the way.

Then you should play Exodia because you would open all 5 pieces every game.

I can see Constellar being a force to be reckoned with this format, they have solid matchups against much of the meta and haven't taken a hit at all.

I could see Madolches top an event or two but that's about it.

& that's new? Nope, Redux isn't nearly as good anymore without it's baby counter part. It's still good but not all that good. It's left with it's reborn eff & it's banish effect. Without the baby it's own ss isn't nearly as viable. Invoker isn't a new thing either. It's dam good I'll give you that what with all the deck recycling but not new. No comment on Warwolf cause I'v never used it & tenki.

If one of the fan favourites is going to top, I think T.G. could have a good shot with a slower meta game.

Idk how the format is slow and why does no one else think dragon rulers can top :-( Not that i liked the deck last format but the way they were hit they kinda balanced out and are still usable Also idk slow format the only slow deck is bujin

They might top.

Dragon Rulers haven't got a chance of topping, having no babies makes them mega inconsistant.

Anyway, on Madolches, Stun and Psychic variants are actually more stable than the OTK variant, mainly because those don't run cards like Warwolf, Double Summon, or other potentially dead card. I think both builds can fare better in the next meta compared to the YOLO builds that thrives during last meta. The thing that makes the YOLO build succedeed in the past meta is the ability to hit Dragons and Prophecy during their weakest phase(bar LaDD plays, that declines in usage).
