[/quote] -Promotes vanilla usage of Tuners (Flamvell Guard, Water Spirit, Galaxy Serpent, Genex Controller, Tune Warrior, Ally Mind, and Labradorite Dragon). -Increasing your Life is not stall and does not disrupt your opponent so I doubt it's broken even if it can be +2400 Life.
