You can use "Eeveelutions" But only as Support for Eevee. My Grading will be 25% Picture, 75% OCG. All Entries to be in by 21st March! Old cards are welcome but Fresh ones would e a Plus. Like for one, when you say 3-5 Cards around Eevee, do you only want the supports, or can we have Eevee as one of the cards? Also, can we make more than 5 Cards or is that the max.? XD And based on the rubrics, we can make a non-realistic, unbalanced, overpowered card.. :) Sounds like fun. XDDD.
