Father Wolf
Well YCMembers i want to the 03/15/08 protest (aka L.Ron's birthday) and i have to tell u it was 5 hours of nothing but fun. my throat is still sore from chanting and yelling XD. at first when i got there about 15 ppl where there getting stuff ready 2 of those 15 ppl where my bros. every one there had there masks on except me sadly i had sun glasses over my glasses. well someone handed me a breathing mask and told me to use it so i did. i stated talking to someone named Box as we where getting cake (it was in the shape of an alien) ready to go and 15 min later we where ready to head out. yes we had cake and it was pretty good to. as we made our selfs to the location more anons showed up. i would say by 10:45 we had about 45 ppl there. 3 guys came with a tent to protect the cake because it was supposed to rain (thank god it didn't). this think was so complicated to set up it to 15min and 10 anons to set it up. how many anons does it take to set up a tent? lmfao anyways we sat it up and we were done with that. so me and ian decided to make signs. mine said: *Honk!!!* is you believe religion is free!!!. Cheif arrived yes a white guy dress like chief from south park. with him he brought 144 muffins a dozing dozens XD 12pm came around and finally was sang happy birthday to L. Ron. and we sent the cake over to the church. fun fun. no issues came up and we had epic lulz all around. i would say we got atleast 500 honks from cars. 1 was a budwiser bus that was a win =3. end the end it was all good and im glad i went. Epic Speech from the Day What the Columbus dispatch thought of usThey won't give their names and they hide their faces, yet members of Anonymous are vocal and vehement in their contempt for the Church of Scientology. About 80 members of Anonymous, which one described as an Internet-based group of like-minded individuals who have all read Adolf Hitler's Mein Kampf, protested across the street from the Church of Scientology near the intersection of Broad and High streets yesterday. They were hard to ignore. Mostly men, the protesters waved signs, chanted and handed out fliers to pedestrians. They covered their faces in bandanas, scarves, motorcycle helmets and a variety of masks. Similar marches were planned in cities across the United States, including in Cincinnati and Parma Heights in Ohio. The Church of Scientology unsuccessfully asked a court to block a protest in Clearwater, Fla., home of its headquarters. In Columbus, the protesters refused to give their names. They criticized, among other things, what they say is cultlike treatment of church members who do not conform. The Church of Scientology, which has about 10 million members worldwide and 10,000 in the Columbus area, dismissed the group's rhetoric and called Anonymous "cyberterrorists.""Religious bigotry of any nature is deplorable and profoundly affects the entire community," church leaders wrote in a prepared statement. "The hate crimes of Anonymous should be condemned."Scientologists released a video that says Anonymous is responsible for as many as 663 harassing phone calls to church headquarters in one day. They say there have been bomb threats, death threats and Internet hacking by group members.Police reports have been filed in other cities.Anonymous members in Columbus said yesterday that they were not involved in anything like that. MasterOfMagicians
This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. A protest infront of a scientology church? Can we get any more immature in the world? What do people have against believing in other possiblities? Who are you to sit there and disturb them when they go to practice their religious beliefs? I cannot believe people who would go out and intentionally interrupt other people's personal time to spend with their "higher power" just because they don't believe the same things the others do. Its pathetic, its immature, and its just plain stupid. Grow up, get a life, and find something else to do than pester religious groups because you are too closed minded to accept the possibility that you could be wrong in everything you believe in.
