Scrooge Posted September 12, 2013 Report Share Posted September 12, 2013 I'm not sure of your intentions, however I think it would be an excellent asset in summoning Synchro and Xyz monsters. You can only control 1 face-up "Call of the Underworld" on the field. Overall, good balanced effect, like others said, to assist in Synchro/Xyz Summons.
