Aix
Banish 1 monster in your Graveyard that was destroyed this turn; draw 2 cards. You cannot activate cards or effects or Special Summon for the rest of the turn.
Nathanael D. Striker
The seems either a situational +0 that relies on your opponent to pull it off and, for all tense and purposes, ends your turn due to the inability to do anything after the draw or an abusable +0 that you can pull off whenever you want for the cost of, like I mentioned before, practically ending your turn. Not sure which one to go with, so I'm going to review this card with both situations in mind. If we are dealing with the former, let it be considering making it better would somehow make it difficult to deal with. If it is the latter, make it draw 1 card instead of 2 (which makes it a -1, though a less abusable one). And for the record, I'm counting the destruction of the monster into the card advantage since that is what triggers this card to begin with. So yea, that is what I have to say on it. Feel free to clarify what you were going for and correct me if I didn't understand something, please.

As for the destruction, there's Diamond Dire Wolf and Scrap Dragon to consider, as well as Dark Hole and Torrential Tribute and any monster that wants to be destroyed. I don't see how you would be able to "pull it off whenever you want", it does have to be a monster that was destroyed just this turn. Mostly, it softens the loss of a monster. I don't think it would be abusable as Fire Kings wouldn't want to be using this on Garunix or Barong though Yaksha is an option. What if rather than "ending your turn", it just says "during the End Phase, draw 2 cards".
Nathanael D. Striker
Well, there's always the option of using this during your End Phase so you don't "end your turn". I guess so, but that'd defeat the purpose of the final effect. As for the destruction, there's Diamond Dire Wolf and Scrap Dragon to consider, as well as Dark Hole and Torrential Tribute and any monster that wants to be destroyed. Thank you for that, I completely overlooked those scenarios. Considering the chances of you doing the destruction yourself in the scenarios you mentioned above, you can use this effect when you want to. That's basically what I meant when I said that. What if rather than "ending your turn", it just says "during the End Phase, draw 2 cards". That could work better than making those draws less useful until the following turn. That and it gives this card the ability to be used as a replenisher to maintain card advantage when the turn ends. You should probably do that, though I may be overlooking some possible consequences atm.
