You can Banish up to 3 LIGHT monsters from your Graveyard: Special Summon this card (from your hand). This card's ATK becomes equal to the number of monsters Banished by this card's effect x 1000. When you draw a card outside of your Draw Phase: You can return 1 card in your hand to the bottom of your Deck, and if you do, gain 1200 Life Points. This effect of "Clarice, Moon Blade Mistress" can only be activated once per turn.
I imagine people banishing about 2-3 LIGHT monsters to Special Summon this card with its effect. Considering the ease of that occurring, this is an easy 3k beater. However, this card is dead in the early game so that kinda balances it out. The option to essentially return a dead card that could be better served in the Deck for 1200 Life Points seems to be both interesting, yet troublesome given the situation. I don't find it a problem, but it could set-up some plays. Granted that effect can only happen when a card is drawn outside of the Draw Phase can make for some interesting combos. I don't see much to work on, though a bit more information of the cards that can utilize the second effect the best (aside from Reckless Greed, which is the only one I can think of atm) would be great.

You faget.

The draw phase thingy is cool enough, if you have dead cards in-hand that are more live in the deck (see AM monsters, LV monsters, etc.).

The summoning conditions are fair enough, although I don't like how you can just drop huge beaters out of thin air.  Don't LIGHT decks have enough of that already?  <cough> JD, BLS, LPD, Lightrays, Hyperion, Kristya <cough>

If I were you, I'd make it gain 900 for each card banished, not 1k, so that it ends up capping off as a 27 beater which ain't so bad for those conditions.
I like how it subliminally supports Photons. Or is that what you were going for?
