Nathanael D. Striker
2 Level 4 monsters Once per turn, during your Main Phase: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Switch the ATK and DEF of all monsters on the field, until your opponent's End Phase. When this card is destroyed by battle or by an opponent's card effect; add 1 Level 4 or lower Machine-Type monster from your Graveyard or Deck to your hand. Just some crazy idea that I wanted to work on while I had the time. Obvious Machine support here, though I'm considering making it Machine-specific than generic. I may have overlooked something here (mainly it's last effect, though I have an idea as to what that may be), so thoughts on that are highly appreciated. Anyway, CnC? Not-so-Radiant Arin
It's still a bit weak for a Rank 4, and for an ATK/DEF switcher overall. I'd bump up both stats to something much more credible, like 2100-2300. That way, it will still be able to hold its own even against some other Rank 4s, like Chain or Emeral. The last effect allows you to recycle your old Gadgets/Geargias/Gearframes/etc, so I find that to be a really cool idea, or it can even go Geargigant X and search something out directly from your Deck. Put the two together, and it's like two peas in a pod.
Nathanael D. Striker
TBH, Gadgets were the first thing to come to mind when I made the last effect though I wasn't sure how powerful such an effect would be. And thanks for the review, Dante.
Tentacruel
I don't know, part of me feels like the difference between ATK and DEF should be larger just for the sake of gimmick, but that's just me. Good job regardless, very interesting effect. Gadget's are definitely a viable target. The other thing that came to mind was Morphtronics, but I'm not sure if anyone actually uses those. Thank you very much. Would 1800 ATK and 2300 DEF fulfill your gimmick needs? And no, I doubt anyone uses Morphtronics anymore, but they are an option though if someone really wanted to make such a Deck.

I've just got a nostalgia boner for the old Giant Soldier of Stone + Sword and Shield anime shenanigans.
