Ghostrickster Posted September 18, 2013 Report Share Posted September 18, 2013 When a monster(s) is Special Summoned to your side of the field: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; put 1 Burst Counter on each monster you control. During either player's turn: You can banish this card from your Graveyard and remove all Burst Counters from monsters you control; destroy 1 monster your opponent controls, and if you do, 1 other monster they control lose ATK or DEF equal to the total number of Burst Counters removed x 400. Not-so-Radiant Arin Posted September 18, 2013 Report Share Posted September 18, 2013 A nice bit of control for Swarm Decks, like BWs or Dustons (though, given their effects, I think they miss the timing when destroyed by this card's effect). It's easy to ditch, which is a real plus, though the only beef I have with it is that you can activate this card's 2nd effect the same turn you drop it. I don't even think its necessary to have the ATK/DEF debuff and just keep the destruction, since 1) Your opponent will most likely play around this card anyway, and 2) They probably won't have a 2nd monster for you to debuff. It's pretty much just insult to injury, worst case, win more best case. The only thing I'd recommend is adding a "you can only activate 1 effect of X per turn" so that you can't blow something up the turn you drop this card.
