Strider Tigerwolf Posted September 18, 2013 Report Share Posted September 18, 2013 Once per turn, during either player's turn, when this face-up card on the field is targeted by a Spell/Trap card or card effect: Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type Normal Monster from your hand, Deck or Graveyard, and make its ATK and DEF 0. + Lightwave Tuning + Curse of Dragon/Wattaildragon/Red-Eyes Black Dragon = Azure-Eyes Silver Dragon/Drascension the Supreme Sky Dragon/Star Eater Basically, it gives Light Powers to dragons and makes them into even bigger more promising dragons.
