Lunar Knights Set (70 cards)

So, this is a set based around the Lunar Knights game. Set named BTDS for "BokTai DS".

Normal Monster Lore: In a world ruled by vampires, the gunslingers of the Guild seek to protect the innocent from the teeming hordes of the undead.

If the equipped monster would be destroyed, destroy this card instead.)

You can banish 1 monster in your Graveyard to target 1 card on the field; destroy it. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: Destroy all cards on the field, then you can send 1 "Inspector Polidori" from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Immortal Polidori" from your hand or Deck, ignoring the Summoning conditions.

If this card destroys a monster by battle while it has 4 or more Sun Counters, banish that monster instead.

After damage calculation, if this card battled a monster: Gain Life Points equal that monster's original DEF in the Graveyard.

After damage calculation, if this card battled a monster: Draw 1 card.

I have a feeling that General Store is still quite OP, despite the 2000 LP cost. Should I bump up the LP cost or change the cost entirely?

There is a lot to read, so I just read the Monster Cards. They seem fine to me.

I don't know. People are willing to pay 2000 Life Points to cripple a potentially game-winning combo, I'm betting they're also willing to pay that same cost to potentially enable a similar combo.
