EARTH

Level 7

Warrior/Effect

This card gains 500 ATK for each Dragon-type monster your opponent controls or is in their Graveyard.

Remember this bad boy? No gimmicks, no restrictions, just good old-fashioned Dragon-slaying. I don't think it's Main Deck-worthy, but I would personally side it against Dragon Rulers and other Dragon-heavy decks. What would you use this for?

What would you use this for?

Anything that has Spell Counters, which by extension, includes Prophecies to a degree, all thanks to this little card.

Seriously, for the low price of 2 Spell Counters, you get back a 2600 ATK beatstick that gains 500 ATK for each Dragon on the field or in the Graveyard, which can add up quickly.

I think the problem is that this card is a Tribute monster. If it was like... a monster with 1700 LV4 with a 300 boost it'd be a pretty good card to just generally play because it can power over quite a few things with only 1 Dragon there. 2600 Level 7? Far too slow. Nowhere near good enough.

As Pika would say: "Terrible, next."

For it's time, this card was pretty good as a 2 Tribute monster (haha Tributes). Most decks back in the day had at least 1 Dragon-Type here or there, so it's essentially stronger than having a Blue-Eyes on the field. Plus the making of Dark Paladin back when something like Horus didn't exist.

Though to be fair, it still wasn't relevant back then. Small mosnters like Exiled Force and Tsukuyomi owned and ruled over this type of card.

Sad but true is what Koko said about this card.

It is part of the "Terrible. Next" category.

It is fun and respectable, but it has nothing to do at competitive play.
