Toffee.
Once per turn, you can select 1 Defense Position monster your opponent controls. Change it to face-up Attack Position. He was Photon Papiloperative before it was cool. That aside, it is pretty amusing for the fact it is IS a smaller Papiloperative, so in that respect it makes it faster(?), if only by just a very small amount. Then again, who plays Papiloperative anymore?Discuss. Sora1499
With only 1600 points and a situational effect, I doubt he's worth running.
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
Normally, 1600 would be enough when dealing with Defense-Position stuff as they usually have very small ATK scores. But this card's playability is all too reliant on your opponent for having such monsters to switch to Attack, then take out. Other anti-defense monsters like Ninja Grandmaster Sasuke or Drillroid can work with you changing your opponent's monsters' positions. This needs them to naturally function well in Defense Position to begin with.
goddamnit names are a pain
During your turn, it might be effective against Wind-ups. To an extent. Also, you could NS Goblinbergh, SS Sword Baron, use his effect, and then overlay into Excaliber for a nice amount of damage.
玄魔の王
I don't see why he doesn't have the "Flip effects don't activate" clause, it would be much better if he did. Well, that and maybe 1800 ATK.
evilfusion
Papilloperative's advantage is that, being from the Extra Deck, it's a toolbox option in Rank 4 Decks. You Summon it when you need it, plus that monster loses 600 more ATK, so even a normally decent ATK monster can be run over. This has lower ATK, and doesn't do any weakening. You're relying on your opponent being on the defensive, whereas Papilloperative is both more easily accessible on a whim, and has an extra bite to its effect. Card's not horrible, but since it's not a Tuner, I'm not sure why it's worth running.
