1 Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner DARK monsters. When this card is Synchro Summoned; Banish this card, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Rank 4 or lower Xyz Monster from your Extra Deck. If there are monsters in your Graveyard that share the same Level or Rank as the Rank of the Special Summoned monster: You can attach up to 2 of those monsters to that card as Xyz Material. When the Xyz Monster Special Summoned by this card's effect leaves the field: Special Summon this Banished card. You can Banish this card; Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower DARK monster from your hand or Deck. When that Special Summoned monster leaves the field: Special Summon this Banished card. You can only activate this effect of "Void Balancer, Rina" once per turn.
So this card serves one of two purposes. You can continually keep Banishing it to fuel your DARK deck to get out DAD or something easier, or you can keep it on the field for a 2600 beater. I was thinking of it originally being a Rabbit effect, but I wouldn't know if that would be too overpowered or not...

The artwork looks great and it somewhat fits both the card's name and effect (with the flames in the hands and the theme of balance), so the card is good in the aspects of flavor and appearance.

You could put a limit on the Xyz Material the summoned Xyz Monster can take, otherwise it could be abused by some Xyz like Thunder Spark Dragon by attaching 5 materials and using its last effect instantly. I realize having 5 Level/Rank 4 monsters in the grave for Spark Dragon is situational, but being able to pick as many materials as possible is still an effect waiting to be broken.

Probably I wouldn't mind this card coming and going while setting the graveyard up, but summoning DARK monsters from the deck might be crossing the line: A searcher who not only places the monster right on the field, but also hides in the banished zone each time she does it, and can continue doing so as long as you got DARKs in the deck? no, thanks. Summoning only from the hand should be fine, and will also limit the number of times you can use her second effect.

I fixed that first effect. Not sure how to fix the second effect without making it completely worthless; there are ways to get around this card's effect. For example, it MUST remain Banished while that monster is on the field, and if your opponent decides to do something to remove it from the Banished pile, it can no longer get its effect off. I'm sure I'll think of something.
