The effects of all Special Summoned monsters are negated, except monsters Special Summoned by the effect of "Perfectly Ultimate Evolution Lab". Monsters Special Summoned by the effect of "Perfectly Ultimate Evolution Lab" have their effect(s) replaced with the following effect. This monster gains "Perfectly Ultimate" at the beginning of its name. This monster's original ATK is halved. This monster gains ATK equal to its Level x 300. Sleepy Posted October 9, 2013 Report Share Posted October 9, 2013 I'm pretty sure that Doble Cyclone will be a staple in whatever Deck you want to put this card in. I mean, MST + destroy any monster your opponent controls. Soooo if your opponent activates another Field Spell Card and yours would be destroyed, does that mean that both Field Spells stay? Fulisier Dragon comes to mind. Although "During your Standby Phase" makes it situational if one was to expect a 1400 ATK monster like that to survive until then, and Call of the Haunted is valuable. I'd fool around with Darkblaze Dragon, finally having a respectable 2700 ATK with this and a Flare Wingman effect. Especially looking at how your card is a Skill Drain for [s]all Special Summoned monsters[/s] most relevant monsters any player could bring out anyways. The card is interesting, but I'm not really a fan of the Skill Drain effect it has. It does about enough as is. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The ability to search for any monster from the Deck seems abusable, but you counter it well by overriding the monster's effect. Activating its effect only in Standby Phase also slows the play which I think is good. And you can't special summon Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth with this card, so no worry for "Perfectly Ultimate Perfectly Ultimate Great Moth" appears on the field xD Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
