Flash Flyer - Sakura
OCG: 2 Level 1 monsters Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material: Shuffle 1 Level 4 monster from your hand into the Deck; Special Summon 2 Level 2 monsters from your Deck in face-up Attack Position. You cannot Special Summon monsters until the End Phase. Retooling a currently existing Spell Card + making it an Xyz aside, this card's effect is in a way like Rescue Cat/Rabbit (except can be done twice while on the field; requires shuffling a Level 4 monster and a SS limiting effect but not destroying them). For possible usages, set up for a Rank 2 Xyz like Gachi, Daigusto Phoenix, etc. or Tribute Summons (or possibly some low Level Synchro or something if you choose); though you'd have to run a Deck that uses Level 1's (or lower Levels for that matter) to make this viable. Stat-wise, its DEF is good for a Rank 1 (ties with Slacker Magician; though requiring one less Material). Overall, what I see is an attempt at making an Xyz variant of Rescue, except with some limitations/costs to make it more balanced (unlike the former); though I'm not sure if that were your intention though. (That aside, not sure that a Cat-esque effect fits this card's name; with consideration that it is originally a Spell that boosts the ATK of WIND monsters; which you still retained here)
Baragan
I wanted to make a "remake" but change the effect completely.
