Baragan
While you have no cards in your Spell/Trap card zone you can discard this card to the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 Level 4 Tuner monster from your deck. If that monster is sent to the Graveyard, banish it and take this card back to your hand. You can use the effect of "Sebek's Blessing" only once per duel. Flash Flyer - Sakura
OCG: While you have no cards in your Spell/Trap Card Zone, you can discard this card: Special Summon 1 Level 4 Tuner monster from your Deck. If that monster is sent to the Graveyard: Banish it; return this card to your hand. You can only activate the effect of "Sebek's Blessing" once per Duel. So far, the effect is relatively decent; discard this card, SS a Tuner monster and go into (insert Synchro here; which will probably be some Level 7-8 monster in most cases). However, since you need a Level 4 Tuner in Deck to work; cuts this card's viability slightly. In respect to its second effect, I assume that it still needs to be in the Graveyard to resolve (since that point is not implied here). IMO, last effect is a bit much (having no cards in S/T zone is enough of a limiter already); though that adds a bit of Glow-Up Bulb's last effect. Statwise, it can still function as a decent Level 4 drop after you use its effect (though it's essentially a Vanilla at this point, since it has no effects that activate on field to do anything). While I do see a lot of your recent cards are geared for Synchro monsters (and this card's effect does help facilitate such things); like what I mentioned in a comment on one of your other cards; not sure that this card's name fits what its effect is designed to do (I know you wanted to do a remake of existing cards w/different effects, but this might've been a better choice on one of the other cards you recently posted). With this card's name, I would assume it has an effect related to LP/stat gain or something. Overall, it's an interesting card
Baragan
Maybe it can be: If you have 2 or less cards in your Spell/Trap card zone.
