The fact it needs a Tribute for essentially something worthless makes it, well, worthless. Caius and Raiza have good effects on Tribute Summonings; see if you can stick in an extra effect that makes this card just a tad bit more viable. In example, you could grab a Level 3 or lower Monster from your Graveyard, and Special Summon it back to instantly make this a 2k beater, which, while not necessarily the best, is much better than a wimpy 1.5k that'll get run over by practically anything next turn.

The usual routine.

 

"This card gains 500 ATK for every each face-up Level 4 or lower monster on your side of the field you control.

FLIP: Return Target 1 Level 3 or lower monster card from in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target in to face-up Attack Position, on your side of the field."

 

I can see Marble Guardian being run in a Flip-Flop Rock Deck, especially one that utilizes Block Golem to revive more Rocks to set up Xyz Summons. Nice idea, albeit a tad slow in getting it to work.

I am going to have to agree with this, I think if the concept and idea is ironed out a little more than it will be a little better however still slow.

I am going to have to give the creator an E for effort on making the card and hope he continues to make cards in the future.
