Lightning Cat Spirit, can you think of a good use for it?

If a monster(s) is summoned from the extra deck: you can discard this card and banish 1 monster from your graveyard that has a level to target 1 monster you control; until the turn player's next Standby Phase, that target gains 100 ATK x that banished monster's level and it is unaffected by its opponent's effects that target it. During your Standby Phase, if this card was banished from the graveyard and is still banished: you can discard 1 card; add this card to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Lightning Cat Spirit" once per turn.

 

Even I don't know what I'll do with this card yet.
