You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a “Number 39 Utopia” you control as the Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) If your opponent’s Life Points are at least 3000 higher than yours: You can pay Life Points so that you only have 10 left; destroy and banish {all?} Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls, then inflict 300 damage for each monster destroyed and banished this way.

 

 

Well this just took gimmicky to the next level...

Seriously, barring those absurdly old cards that had random digits like 1920 or 2080, the game has always stuck rigidly to multiples of 50, and always mentioned costs as multiples of 100. The only time numbers got weirder than that was through "halve your LP" effects/costs.

 

I don't recall Numeron Fall's exact wording, but you could Summon this with Numeron Fall.

Was 2600 too hard Konami? Was a decent level of burn too hard? This hd such promise when we figured out what it actually did, now it seems a waste.

Why would you do it though since that would need to use Rank 5 Utopias, in other words Ray V or Ray Victory, as the material? This seems way more situational and risky than V or Victory, even with the nuke effect. Not only that, but they have higher attack too.

This is even more situational than the original Hope Ray, and Hope Ray could potentially do more damage for the same amount of Xyz Materials to boot.

OK, a couple of things:

2510 attack is more logical compared to 2501. If you read the manga, (Or not) you see why his name is Utopia One. 1 Lifepoint is pure spam, no matter what.

2. This card serves one purpose, past a Utopian deck: Self Destruct Button. XD

this would work good with c39:Ray but sadly....this just sucksthe only reason it would be playable is if you could somehow use this Then Ray...no problem with XyZ spam,but beyond that S-DB
