Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted October 16, 2013 Report Share Posted October 16, 2013 OCG fix: If an Equip Card you control would be sent to the Graveyard: Return it to the top of your Deck instead. You must control this face-up card to activate this effect. True to this card's name, it does help recycle Equip Cards (though nowadays, not sure who still uses them except for Vylons [or hypothetical Power Tool deck if you actually play it]). Its effect is good in those Decks that need to use Equips, but otherwise it's kinda meh-ish. Its stats are alright for a Level 3; nothing impressive but staying in the range of balanced cards.
