BatMed
"Red-Eyes B. Dragon" + "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" Must be Fusion Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. During your Standby Phase: You can pay 1000 Life points; Destroy all cards your opponent controls. If you do; This card's ATK is Halved until the End-Phase. When this card is destroyed; You can special summon 1 Dragon-type monster from your graveyard.
goddamnit names are a pain
Battle-Phase should just be Battle Phase. Same for Standby Phase. Finally, should be monsters, not monster. I don't think this guy is terribly OP, but I would consider lowing his ATK and DEF by 500 each. It seems reviving classics is becoming popular lately. Seems good to me. TFMegamanlan
I think this is a bit UP as this card requires using Red-Eyes B. Dragon and Blue-Eyes. (Red-Eyes is currently dead...) I'd suggest that you make the effect that if its effect is used, half it's ATK this turn but it can still attack.
BatMed
Indeed! but I think that it's pretty balanced like that And For the R-Eyes B.Dragon,, we can use other several cards like king of the swamp etc... :D
Ire
Mmmmh... IMO, "You can pay 1000 Life points; Destroy all other monsters on the field (You cannot conduct your Battle-Phase during the turn you activate this effect.)" is too UP.... I think it will works better if all other cards on the field are destroyed... 'Cause here... JD is far better than your card...

I'm looking at that any new Fusion cards should either be worth the investment in Fusing for it or be a Contact-type. If not it won't be used. That's what I'm looking at. Another thing you could do is "...Destroy all other monsters except Normal Monsters." Then have it cut its ATK in half. That would work.
Lê Quang Sơn
"When this card is destroyed; You can special summon 1 Dragon-type monster from your graveyard." => Invincible?
goddamnit names are a pain
"When this card is destroyed; You can special summon 1 Dragon-type monster from your graveyard." => Invincible? No, Miracle Dragon can't be Summoned by other ways. That would be OP though.
jack781217
I think its pretty balance. Restrictions and drawbacks are reasonable. JD is too OP in my opinion so don't use it as a standard xD
