-Noel-
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 1 "Red-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card gains 300 ATK for each Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed by an effect that does not target it.

comments welcome, hope everybody like it :)
death00
wow that is awesome, it is blue eyes shining dragon, without it's destroy itself and one other card effect for the REUD (that has the letters as rude) I would suggest the normal must be fusion summoned effect

Flash Flyer - Sakura
OCG fix (italics are corrections): Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) except by Tributing 1 "Red-Eyes Ultimate Dragon" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card gains 300 ATK for each Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed by an effect that does not target it. This card's effect is essentially the same as Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon (with the note of its last effect); which you already implied. Being immune to stuff like Mirror Force and Torrential is a nice thing to have (and considering it'll be starting with at least 3600 ATK (assuming you Fusion Summoned Red-Eyes Ultimate and then went into this, which isn't bad; you might have more if you had cards sent to the Graveyard earlier); however your opponent can still return stuff to the hand with effects that don't target it. Overall, it's a nice card but in a way, this card is just a spinoff version of BEUD.

jack781217
I always thought Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon's counterpart is Red-Eyes Darkness Dragon @_@, but Konami messed it up. I have always thought BESD is kind of UP. This card is better but still not that card to get rid of, because there are a bunch of non-targeting cards and non-destroying cards. Both should get some buffing up in my opinion, since they are such iconic monsters of the series.
