So my 5th card, yep here it is (aren't i good with words)

Lore: 3 Level 7 monsters
Detach one Xyz material to target 1 face-up Xyz Monster you control; other than this one; Special Summon from your Extra Deck, 1 "Number C" or "CXyz" monster with the same Type as that monster you control but 1 Rank higher, by using it as the Xyz Material. (This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to that target also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.) Then, if possible, detach 1 Xyz Material from a monster your opponent controls and attach it to the Summoned monster as an Xyz Material.

So, yeah, basically a monster version of Barion's Force, but can be used three times.

Essentially, this is a monster version with the anime effect of Barian Force (and like you already mentioned, can be done 3x)

While I do find this card's effect to help out Decks that use Rank-Ups a lot; the fact that you can essentially all of this card's Xyz Material in one turn; rank up 3x (maybe more if you summoned this card through Rank-Up itself) and steal an equal amount from opponent [assuming they have any] w/out restriction makes it OPed. Not to mention that its stats are high for a Rank 7, even though it requires 3 monsters.

 

Add a OPT clause to its effect and lower stats to maybe 2700-2800 for ATK (DEF is actually okay)

 

EDIT: This came to me after reviewing this card a while ago: Because this card is Rank 7, things like Dragon Rulers can abuse it; you might want to change the Rank to 8/9 or something so that doesn't happen. Or possibly have some sort of limitation effect after using the Barian Force-esque effect (as it stands now; like I mentioned in last post; it's essentially a 3100 ATK version of said RUM card that can activate more than once)

 

@DemiGodZalera (below): You could put a suggestion for what TC can do to make this card less broken instead of just leaving a comment like that (It doesn't help them in any way if you don't point out why it's OP, even though it may be obvious to the rest of people who look at this)

(This Special Summon is treated as an Xyz Summon. Xyz Materials attached to that target also become Xyz Materials on the Summoned monster.) If your opponent controls an Xyz Monster with the same Rank as the monster Xyz Summoned by this effect: Detach 1 Xyz Material from a monster your opponent controls; attach it to the Summoned monster as an Xyz Material.

 

It's much better now; stats are around average for what a Rank 8 monster should have and its effect is toned down to be OPT. The detachment effect is a bit situational, depending on what you plan to summon with this card's effect but overall, it's not broken like your previous version was. (Considering what's being played nowadays, you might have a chance of using its new effect once or twice)
