OCG Fix (Apep):

Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). This card's Normal Summon cannot be negated. Once per turn: You can banish 1 monster your opponent controls; this card gains 1000 ATK and DEF. When this card is destroyed or banished: Destroy all cards on the field; you take no Battle Damage. During the Main Phase of the next turn (you or opponent's): Special Summon the monster(s) banished by this card's effect to your opponent's side of the field.

(Witch of Holy Knight):

When this monster would be sent to the Graveyard as a result of battle: You can target 1 Spell Card in your Deck; send it to the Graveyard. This card is not destroyed by that battle. When this monster is destroyed by a card effect: Target 1 Spell Card in your hand or Deck; activate that card.

Italics are the stuff I corrected.

That said though, some CnC:

First card is DIVINE Attribute/Type (even though it's based off of the Chaos snake in Egyptian mythology); which belongs in the AoC section. That aside, effects lives up to its name and how the myth is written (though I'm not too familiar with it myself, so can't really say whether this card's effects parallel its role or not). From here, they look relatively decent [the last effect is a bit iffy; depending on what you intended for it to do: Have banished monsters return on the next turn (regardless if it's opponent or you next; which I assume is what you want).

Second card pretty much can set up for Spellbooks for something (might want to add an OPT clause to it), which would then tie into its second effect with something like Judgment, Fate, etc. (assuming you use the first effect 3x). Its general stats are OK, though 1st effect would make it hard to kill in battle (assuming you have enough Spells to discard from the Deck though).
