Once per turn, if you do not control a "Dimensional Portal Token": you can special summon 1 "Dimensional Portal Token" (Spellcaster-Type/DARK/ Level 1 /ATK 0 /DEF 0) and place it face-up in your spell & trap zone as a continuous spell card. (Once per turn during each Standby Phase, while this card is a continuous spell card, you can special summon 1 level 4 or lower monster from your deck. Once as long as this card remains face-up in a spell & trap zone it cannot be destroyed)
