OCG stuff:

"Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned by banishing 2 DARK monsters you control. This card gains 100 ATK for each banished Monster card. Once per turn: You can banish 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard; destroy 1 Spell/Trap card your opponent controls.

 

OK, so this card essentially starts at 2400 ATK with its required summoning conditions (assuming nothing else was banished when you summon this). Its effect gives it more ATK power while destroying one of your opponent's S/T cards (which can be abusable in Chaos/Dark-heavy Decks). I could see this card setting up for Dark Armed if there are too many DARKs in grave to summon, but with all that aside, this card essentially powers itself up while killing backrow (like I mentioned earlier)

 

Perhaps you can raise this card's Level to 8 or something to counterbalance its ATK gain effect (2200/1700 base is ok for a Level 6, but it will increase with this card's effect; especially in decks that focus on banishing)
