Wildflame Posted October 30, 2013 Report Share Posted October 30, 2013 2 Level 6 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card, then target 1 Set Spell/Trap Card and 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; destroy both those targets. All battle damage inflicted to your opponent is halved during the turn you activate this effect. While it looks underwhelming at first sight, I find myself going for it a lot, specially in Hazy Flames. The halved damage sucks a lot though. The fact it requires 2 Materials, and the targets must be a Set card and a face-up monster that your opponent controls is a downside, but it's still pretty good. I mean, you can, but the Opponent won't take as much damage.Either way, as already stated, it's pretty solid for what its capable of doing, and overall serves as an amusing Rank 6. evilfusion Posted October 31, 2013 Report Share Posted October 31, 2013 Well, it's good if your opponent has more than 1 monster, because even with halved damage, you can swing with a 2500 monster against one of their weaker ones. There seems to be a loophole. You can attack before using the effect, therefore making the damage full. Of course, that might be unwise with their Set card waiting to be destroyed. Fairies are Angels in the OCG, and Angels can take on many forms, including forms that we may not really appreciate.
