1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

This card gains 100 ATK for each of your banished cards. During the Standby Phase of the next turn after this card was banished: You can reveal 1 DARK monster in your hand; destroy all monsters your opponent controls with ATK less then the revealed monster. You can only use the effect of "Archfiend of Zera" once per turn.

Card is not really creative: An obvious counterpart of Angel of Zera who gains ATK for each monster in the Graveyard instead of banished; then the monsters in the grave must have been destroyed so any monster discarded, tributed, "sent to the Graveyard", etc. won't give ATK boost, and keeping in mind the monsters who were actually destroyed can lead to confusion.

If you are running this, you most likely have Macro Cosmos, Banisher of Radiance and other banishment cards to take advantage of its revival effect. Those cards will be banishing the destroyed opponent's monsters, preventing this card from gaining ATK boosts, unlike Angel of Zera who would be gaining ATK from each of those banished monsters.

As DARK, of course this card has more compatibility with DARK support or DARK decks, but other than that it is not looking better than its LIGHT counterpart.

You could let it gain ATK for each monster in the opponent's Graveyard (regardless if it was discarded, tributed, etc.) to make it bit better, but even then it would still be too similar to Angel of Zera, affecting the creativity in this card. My suggestion would be to think in a effect less related to the angel, possibly involving card destruction as a reference to "Darklord Zerato".
