Exodia's Ghost is Coming to HAUNT You (Edited)

Well, I thought this would be a great monster to think of. It is unusual, and another type of "Exodia", unlike any Exodia you've seen so far though. This one will haunt you in a Duel if summoned. :) Special Ability Wise though. xD

[spoiler: Effect]

Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by Tributing "Exodia Necross" OR by banishing "Exodia the Forbidden One", "Right Arm of the Forbidden One", "Right Leg of the Forbidden One", "Left Arm of the Forbidden One", and "Left Leg of the Forbidden One", from your hand or Deck, and cannot be Special Summoned any other ways. While the cards used for it's Summon are not in your Graveyard or banished (respectively), this card's effects are negated. This card cannot be destroyed by battle of by card effects. It gains 500 ATK for each card in your Graveyard. If destroyed by battle: You can target the cards used for this card's Summon in your Graveyard or banished (respectively) and shuffle them into the Deck. Pay 1000 Life Points to target 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls; destroy it.

I wasn't aware 11 lines of text inside the card's box were even possible.

Let me see if I can shorten them for you.

It's a messy card. I wouldn't call it overpowered. The Deck dedication required is too much and would still run more consistently without this card. The S/T destroying effect there's a Psychic-Type that has the same exact thing and is Normal Summonable with no trouble. The ATK gain is mainly gonna be good in what this deck already does, running through your Deck fast, except it'd be to have bigger Graveyard this time.

To be honest, it sounds a bit more interactive and fun than Exodia, but as fragile as Necross to non-destroying removal.

Though although both the +ATK effect and the S/T removal effect are not too harsh on their own, having both together in one card is.... this wants to have an OTK deck centered around it.

I don't know what to think of it. If I had to resume it:

"Badly designed".
