Little Hill Swordswoman (weird name, but a useful effect)

During your turn, you can banish this card from your graveyard and activate the effect of a face-up monster you control (all activation requirements be met). You can only use the effect of "Little Hill Swordswoman" once per turn.

 

I came up with this card while I was dreaming last night, so that's why the name sounds weird. It was supposed to be "Little Hill Swordsman" but I couldn't find art for that...

 

Rulings notes (read before you rate!):

- This card's effect doesn't start/use a/the chain, but the effect that you activate with it does

- The effect is treated as the effect of that monster, meaning for example that stardust dragon would negate and destroy the monster whose effect you are activating, not little hill swordswoman

- If an effect can only be activated x number of times per turn 'locally' ('locally' meaning cards like Volcasaurus or Giant Grinder where the card leaving the field or being flipped face-down resets the effect's useage limit and each copy of that card has its own limit, NOT cards like Rescue Rabbit) activating it this way doesn't intract with and is unaffected by that limit. Thus you can activate effects 1 extra time.
