Hikari-chan
i just finished learning about OCG and balance so i will fix my card by myself 1 LIGHT Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters During either player's turn, when a card effect that would destroy a card(s) on the field is activated: You can banish this face-up card; gain 300 Life Points. During the End Phase of the turn you activated this effect; Special Summon this banished card, and if you do; your opponent activates 1 of these effects: ● Your opponent draws 1 card. ● Destroy 1 card on your side of the field. this is this card before fixed

Matches
Just some small fixing on the OCG, otherwise, good attempt on your first try. ^^ During either player's turn, when a card effect that would destroy a card(s) on the field is activated: You can banish this face-up card; gain 300 Life Points. During the End Phase of the turn you activated this effect; Special Summon this banished card, and if you do, your opponent activates 1 of these effects. ● Your opponent draws 1 card. ● Destroy 1 card on your side of the field. So my opponent gets to either draw 1 card or pick to destroy 1 card I control? I'm not sure if that's worth it in either cases. I would change that effect to something that you can decide, not your opponent.
Flash Flyer - Sakura
You can bump your cards within 24 hours of last post. So it's essentially a banish/LP-gaining variant of Stardust, except your opponent either loses a card on their field or you get a draw (since it's them activating the effect, not you). It's an interesting take on Stardust (LP gain isn't much, but it'll help to some degree). Though your opponent can just destroy a useless card they control, leaving them room for something more potent. Like Matches said, you should choose the effect, not them. But nice card overall.
