Lore:

Banish 1 LIGHT monster in your Graveyard, all cards on your side of the field and in your hand; gain 4000 Life Points. During your next Standby Phase; you can add 1 card from your Graveyard to your hand, then activate 1 of these effects:
● Send all cards on the field and in your opponent's hand to the Graveyard and inflict 200 points of damage to your opponent for each card sent this way.
● Target as many LIGHT monsters in your Graveyard as possible, but not more than the number of monsters your opponent controls; Special Summon those targets.
● Draw cards from your deck until you have 5 cards in your hand.

Correct lore:

I tried to weaken it, but it is still OP. It needs a change no matter what, so I tried to weaken it a little. Not bad as a first card as far as looks and grammar though. Just a little powerful. Also, "God" is not usually put on cards. The censor stuff (Konami does) that is religious in nature. I like the concept of the card though.

Breaking down this card's effect and comparing them to pre-existing cards:

- 1st effect is a weakened damage variant of Chaos Emperor, but doesn't kill your hand.

- 2nd: Dimension Fusion (though it's limited by the number of monsters your opponent has)

- 3rd: Card of Last Will (and/or anime Card of Sanctity)

 

With that said, while gaining 4k Life Points is powerful and recycling a card from your Graveyard; you do need to sacrifice your field/hand in addition to a monster in the Graveyard, so that does counterbalance it to some degree. Even with that though, still strong.

 

Maybe get rid of the Chaos Emperor-esque effect; that's one of the reasons Emperor is banned right now. For second, maybe negate the SS monster's effects. Last one, not sure how to make it less broken (considering the cost to do that)

 

Or add a minimum amount of cards you need in field/hand to activate this; as of now, you can use this with only one card in your field and hand to do all of the effects listed.
