OKIJIN
Here's a few cards i've been working on. Input? A young but talented warrior who trains in the arts of the serpent. To Tribute summon this card you must sacrifice "Baby Strike Tail". When this card is targeted by a monsters attack or effect, discard 2 cards to negate the attack or effect. When this effect is used you can sacrifice 500 life points to inflict 500 direct damage to your opponents life points. Target a face up Monster, Spell, and Trap card on your opponents side of the field. As long as any of the 3 targeted cards are on the field your opponent loses 100 life points. As long as this card is on the field neither player can Special, Ritual, Synchro, Fusion, or Xyz summon any monsters. 4 Machine-Type Tuners + 1 Psychic-Type monster As long as this card is on the field all monsters on the field (except this card) lose 800 ATK and DEF. This monster cannot attack your opponents life points directly.
-Noel-
well well, not good not bad ,but i have something to say - first of all, about the effect monster, There are no "Sacrifice" in Yugioh card's text so u can replace the first one with "tribute" and the second one with "pay" (i'll not fix the other parts since im not so good about that too) - second that continuous trap, if you dont have a text like "Once per turn" or something like that, u will only able to deal a damage on its activation only, that's mean it's kinda UP - third since Ritual, Synchro, Fusion and Xyz are all Special Summon from the start so if u mean to close Special Summoning u didnt need that long text and it will be only OP card among these cards, since it can completely sealing some type of deck without any drawback. (u can simply make some maintainance costs for it to make it balanced) - next, i hope u know how it's hard to perform a Quadruple Tuning (lol), but if you really have a way to summon it then i have nothing to say about this monster except that its effect seem a bit UP for its Summoning Condition finally they took you long time for working on so keep this up ^ ^

The first effect monster has had text edited as well as the trap. Text edit for spell card and owner must discard a card to keep card on field. Synchro monster remains a hard summon but level increase and ATK increase.
spoderman
Well the first commenter said everything that I wanted to, so I only have one thing to ask: Where did you find the image for Death by Contract? It makes me feel....uncomfortable. I don't know why. But I love it.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
OCG fixes: Adult Strike Tail: Must be Tribute Summoned by tributing a "Baby Strike Tail" you control. When this card is targeted for an attack or effect: Discard 2 cards; negate the attack or effect. If this effect is used: You can pay 500 Life Points; your opponent takes 500 damage. Death by Contract: Target a face up Monster, Spell, and Trap card your opponent controls. While any of the 3 targeted cards are on the field, your opponent loses 100 Life Points (at what point does this occur?) Sacred Text of War: Players cannot Special Summon monsters. Pride Consumer 4 Machine-Type Tuners + 1 Psychic-Type non-Tuner monster All monsters on the field (except this card) lose 800 ATK and DEF. This monster cannot attack your opponent's Life Points directly. Now, the CnC (I'm skipping first card b/c it's Normal Monster and only is fodder for second card) 1. Restrictive Tribute Summoning (might be better as a Special Summon). Mandatory negating of targeting effects/attacks, though it does cost your hand advantage. Also a stronger version of Amazoness Cage (pay LP, your opponent loses LP) 2. Effect is situational, unless you play against Crystal Beasts (Spells) or some stall Deck (Traps), this probably won't see much play. 3. You didn't need the long text; the correction says all of that. It will lock down most if not all Decks since they do rely on some form of Special Summoning. 4. This one, I'm going to be a bit harsh about. It's Level 8, but requires 5 monsters to bring out (using the current cards in this game, which is extremely difficult if not impossible to deal with using current cards). Even Vylon Omega and Scar-Red are easier to bring out than this card (even though they require Double Tuning). Not to mention that its effect is underwhelming for something that requires a whole field worth of materials (losing 800 ATK/DEF and being unable to attack directly doesn't merit the high cost.) Just having it require 1 Machine Tuner + 1 or more Psychic non-Tuners would've been fine. Though if you do have a strategy for bringing it out as it is, then we'd like to see.
